Return and Refund Policy

At Infinity Designs 44, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns

• You may return products purchased from our website within 7 days after  delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@trackorder.site to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges, within 7 days.
• Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including personalized or customized products.
• Clearance or sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
